Inside /Sports Hall + Outdoor Running for 2nd Group

1st Group:            6pm to 7pm for ages 8 – 10

2nd Group:           7pm to 8pm for ages 10 – 16

Athletes aged 10 to be assessed during September to determine appropriate Group

 

9th Jan:                 SPORTS HALL UNAVAILABLE - Both groups train 6 - 7pm in the school hall

                               Game + 15 Min Run for age 12+

16th Jan:               SPORTS HALL UNAVAILABLE - Both groups train 6 - 7pm in the school hall
